MBT Shoes are excellent shoes to relief your foot pain. they make your leg muscles work a lot. i used them till i destroyed them at the construction site. i spent 10 hours a day standing and working at slow pace at they saved me from pain. Now i dont wear them since they broke and i combine regular shoes with orthotics and sometimes leather shoes that fit me tight without orthotics. changing shoes also helps me, my foot pain is much much less. i dont discard getting a new set soon
